Accessibility.

We want everyone to be able to use this website. Here is how accessible it is, what doesn’t work as well yet, and how to get help.

Last updated 16 October 2026.

What we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. You should be able to:

  • zoom the page to 200% and read it on a phone without scrolling sideways
  • use the site with a keyboard, including turning the 3D colour sample with the arrow keys
  • use a screen reader, with labels on buttons, fields and images
  • turn off motion: if your device is set to reduce motion, animations stop

How we test

We checked every page with automated accessibility testing (axe, WCAG A and AA rules) in October 2026, fixed the problems it found, and tested on phone and desktop browsers.

Known limitations

  • 3D views: the colour sample and part previews are visual. Each colour also has an official photographed swatch and written coating details.
  • Masking and artwork tools: the part studio needs a mouse or touch screen. If you can't use it, describe what you need in your quote request, or send a marked-up drawing or photo, and we'll do the rest.
  • PDF policies: some of our older policy documents are PDFs that may not work well with screen readers. Email us and we'll send them in another format.
